Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital Home delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery outside the UAE may be arranged separately before an order is confirmed.

Delivery time

Standard UAE delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after order confirmation and successful payment, or acceptance of an eligible Cash on Delivery order.

Delivery charge

Standard delivery is AED 30 per order. Charges for remote locations, oversized products or special-order items may differ and will be disclosed before order confirmation.

Order processing

Orders are processed during normal working days. Delivery estimates may change because of stock availability, public holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Delivery details

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active UAE telephone number. Digital Home is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Installation

Installation, configuration and commissioning are not included in the product price or standard delivery charge unless clearly stated. Contact Digital Home for a separate installation quotation.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 24 hours when reasonably possible and provide your order number and clear photographs.
