These terms apply when you use digitalhomeae.com or purchase products and services from Digital Home.

Prices and VAT

Prices are stated in UAE dirhams (AED). Where a product price is marked as excluding VAT, 5% UAE VAT is added and the final payable total is shown in the order summary before you confirm the order.

Payment

You may use the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only where displayed and may be subject to order or location restrictions. An order is accepted after Digital Home confirms it.

Products and compatibility

We work to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate. Minor appearance differences may occur. Customers must check that a product is suitable for the intended system, AC model, wiring, network or installation before ordering. Contact us if you need compatibility assistance.

Availability and order acceptance

All products are subject to availability. We may contact you to correct an obvious pricing or description error, request additional information, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund an unavailable order.

Installation and services

Installation, programming, configuration and commissioning are separate services unless expressly included. Any service scope, schedule and fee will be agreed separately.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Brands and intellectual property

Brand names, product names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Listing a compatible or branded product does not claim an official partnership, distributorship or affiliation unless Digital Home states this expressly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Home is not responsible for indirect loss, incompatible third-party systems, or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or unauthorised modification. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in the UAE, subject to applicable consumer law.
